Baked Cinnamon Apples
Ingredients:4 baking apples1/2 cup brown sugar, packed4 tsp. margarine1/2 tsp. cinnamonwaterRemove core from apples. Place two tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. margarine and 1/8 tsp. cinnamon in the center of each apple. Fill the CanCooker to ¼-inch depth with water. Place rack in CanCooker. Place apples on rack. Latch lid, heat on medium/low heat and steam for 5-10 minutes - depending on size of apples. Turn off heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
