Ingredients:4 or 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/2 cup unsalted Progresso™ chicken broth2 tbsp. dry ranch dressing mix5 slices bacon8 burger buns4 tbsp. butter, softened1 cup shredded Cheddar cheeseThinly sliced green onions and/or pickled jalapeño slices, if desiredSpray inside of CanCooker with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken breasts evenly with salt and pepper. Place chicken breasts into the CanCooker in a single layer. In measuring cup, beat chicken broth and ranch seasoning with a whisk. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on low to medium heat for 20 minutes. While the chicken is cooking, cook the bacon and drain on paper towels. Cool slightly before crumbling into bits. When chicken is done, transfer to a cutting board and shred. Pile some of the chicken onto each bottom bun. Top with bacon, cheese, green onions and/or jalapeños. Serve warm.
