Ingredients:1/2-gallon water1 tbsp. salt2 boxes fettuccini noodles2 sticks butter16oz parmesan cheese 16oz romano cheese2 tbsp. minced garlic2 tbsp. pepper2 cups milk1 cup flourAdd water to the CanCooker. Add salt. Place on heat and bring water to a boil. Add fettuccini noodles and cook noodles for 8 minutes or until they are 1/2 the way done (don’t worry you can't mess it up). Strain the noodles. Place the empty CanCooker back on low heat and melt the butter. Add garlic and 1 tbsp. pepper. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the noodles. Add half the parmesan and romano cheese and fold them into the noodles.In a mixing bowl, combine milk, flour, and 1 tbsp. of pepper. Add mixture to the CanCooker and stir. Add the remainder of cheese and fold gently into noodles.Latch lid and return the CanCooker to a low heat. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Transfer to serving bowl and enjoy!
