Beef Tips
Ingredients:3 tbsp. vegetable oil1 onion, chopped2 lbs cubed beef stew2 cups water1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. salt1 tsp. ground black pepper(1) .75oz packet onion soup mix(1) 10.5oz can French onion soupAdd oil to the CanCooker and heat over medium-low heat. Sauté the onion until almost translucent.Add the stew meat and cook on medium heat until meat is browned on all sides.Add water, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to the CanCooker. Stir in garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover and bring to a boil and turn off heat. Let stand for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the onion soup mix with the French onion soup. Mix thoroughly and stir into the meat mixture. Bring to a boil stirring frequently until slightly thickened.
