In this week's episode, Larry teams up with his good friend Matt, who invites him to a secluded cabin deep in the heart of northern Wisconsin. Surrounded by towering pines and untouched wilderness, the duo sets out to target native brook trout in the pristine streams that wind through the Northwoods.
With ultralight gear and stealthy approaches, Larry and Matt put their skills to the test, landing beautifully brookies in tight, rugged cover. The adventure continues as they paddle out to a remote beaver pond in kayaks, exploring hidden water with wild fish and stunning scenery.
After a successful day on the water, the guys return to the cabin and prepare a ceviche trout recipe that is out of this world.
It’s a true backwoods adventure—great fishing, great food, and even better company.
