This week on Larry Smith Outdoors, Larry heads to the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan to join his good friend Pat Magdaleno from Mags Custom Rods for his 4th Annual Kids Fishing Tournament. Pat and Larry discuss the importance of getting the younger generation to put down their phones and experience the thrill of the great outdoors. Watch as Pat takes groups of kids out on the water, where they compete for prizes for the biggest perch, bluegill, and biggest overall fish. The day is filled with fun, including shore fishing, swimming, and a big cookout for all the participants. Later in the show, we visit the Wings Over Wisconsin Black River Falls Chapter as they host their own kids' fishing event, where every kid receives a rod, bait, and tackle to get them into the sport.
