We pull out Nicki's Grandma Solomon's Corn Relish recipe that is simple and delicious and something you'll want to put on EVERYTHING! We also visit Clark Family Farms where Todd Clark shows us his unique way of raising antibiotic free chickens fed GMO free grains. That chicken is then sold locally to places like Good Foods and Restaurants like The Bluebird in Stanford, KY where we visit with Chef Bill. He takes Todd's chicken and prepares his bayou chicken sandwich with just the right amount of heat to have your mouth watering. Finish the night with some music from our favorite Morons.
