Smoked Cheese, Butternut Squash Soup, Vinegar Pie & Fried Catfish in Our Rendered Lard

Tim fires up the smokehouse to smoke 4 different kinds of cheeses. We head over to Happy Jack’s Pumpkin Farm in Frankfort, KY to pick up some pumpkins and butternut squash to make a delicious butternut squash soup. The perfect fall treat! Nicki reads a kind letter from a fan and makes her family’s recipe, Vinegar Pie. We even take some lard from last week to fry up some catfish and purple potatoes.
