BLT Pizza, Shooting with his Teeth, and Pickled Beets & Eggs

Tim and Nicki shows you a pizza inspired by their trip to Hawaii that combines to great taste of pizza, with the best parts of a BLT. And he does that all on the BGE (Big Green Egg) to give it the ultimate crunch from high temps and a pizza stone, and the smokey flavor of hickory. Unlike any pizza you will ever taste. Tim answers the numerous questions of "What happened to your arm/hand?". He explains his injury when he was a young Marine and shows how he has adapted and overcome by shooting a bow with his teeth. Then it's back in the cabin to make the easiest pickled beets you'll ever come across and take the byproduct (beet juice) to make a old-time favorite, pickled eggs!
