We start the night outside cowboy cooking with our favorite chef Bill, from The Bluebird in Stanford, KY. He shares his memories of working in Memphis at Elvis' Restaurant and training under his famous chef, Pauline Nicholson. He shares her recipe for classic meatloaf and then we start working on part 2 of the smoke house. Then it's off to Richmond, KY to learn about Alpacas at River Hill Ranch. We learn about the different kinds of Alpacas, their meat nutritional value, their fiber and more!
